Chapter 13 Bankruptcy Saved Me from Paying an Interest
I filed chapter 13 bankruptcy recently. I did not have any idea about the bankruptcy laws. One of my friends told me about chapter 13 bankruptcy. He had the same problem as I did. Some years ago, I took a loan. I did not know that loan would create as many problems. That loan damaged my business hugely. I took the loan to expand my business. When the business got bigger, I had more rent, wage, utility to pay. The interest rate was very high, as well. I was in a big trouble with paying back the loan and having more financial responsibilities for my business. I had to find out an alternative. Chapter 13 bankruptcy was the alternative. That allowed me to pay back the loan without paying any interest.
I have been paying the monthly installments in time. If I had not filed chapter 13 bankruptcy, I would have been in a massive problem.
01.19.12Do You Have What It Takes to Be a Nanny?
Nanny jobs certainly require a set amount of patience, determination, strong will as well as good communication and conflict resolution skills. Children love to push boundaries and if they had none to begin with it will make your work so much more challenging, yet rewarding, to help them find a happy medium within these boundaries. Children like structure and they like discipline, regardless of how much they rebel against it. They will love you all the more for setting these boundaries and making them understand why it is that they need to function within these boundaries. Sometimes it is quite amusing to see that your own children will give you more grief and resistance than a stranger’s children will. This is often why people hire nannies. It may seem like the nanny has a golden touch but children for some reason listen better to other people than they do to their parents. You as a nanny would have to work very closely with the parents of the children to help set boundaries and keep them in place so that everyone in the household is on the same page at least.
12.23.11Popuar Games for Girls
Today my daughter came running from outside and screaming “My fish are hungry! My fish are hungry!” She rushed to the computer, logged to Bartz website and went straight to her fishing tank to feed her fish ( this is a very popular game for girls). At this moment I could admire the decorations she had added to her tank. Not only does she care about her virtual pets, but she also develops some artistic taste by decorating their environment. I also watched her play with penguins and horses. Such games for girls are really addicting.
But her Bratz experience did not stop here. She went to Bratz Boutique where she holds and shop. She was running out of clothes and she had to refill her stock. This was the moment when I saw my daughter performing some shrewd analysis on what was selling and what not, what was more profitable to bring to the shop. Once she finished with her economic decisions she cleaned her shop and got out in the mall to have a walk.
